Ozzy's Garage took its first big step toward becoming a reality in Port Colborne. Before we can do any work inside, the building needed a new roof. A big thank you to the many volunteers who donated their time and materials. The next step is to do the interior renovations!
Did you know that when you make a contribution to the Downtown Park Project you can memorialize that gift? We have paving stones, park benches, trees and other ways to memorialize your gift. Contact the office at 905-834-3184 to find out more!
We are excited to announce that the Ozzy's Garage program received a real "shot in the arm" when we were awarded a $16,000.00 grant from the Diocese of Niagara's "Walk On Water" (or WOW) Granting committee. The funds will enable us to fix up the back building by beautifying the exterior, and renovating the interior (office space, washroom, activity space, laundry, kitchen, etc...)
